SABC 1 has adopted a new policy. Instead of Moses coming to the mountain, the mountain needs to be taken to Moses. Because they know that they can only reach a specific audience over the air, SABC 1’s staff  have taken to the streets and are visiting the people of South Africa where they live. They have also chosen Zusakhe as the venue for a week of training the week before last. They sent out there best workers to come and make contact personally - in a trusting space - with about fifteen girls from Dunoon, talking openly to them about their HIV status and future, their worries and fears, fantasies and shadows, how they could live positive lives, although they are infected by the HIV/AIDS virus. We can only support this initiative! 14 May 2009
